The guarantee covers your full purchase price on all Audifort package sizes. Whether you have used all the bottles, most of them, or just a few capsules – you are eligible for a complete refund if not satisfied within 60 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests are handled through BuyGoods, the authorized retailer. Here is the process:

  1. Contact BuyGoods customer support at buygoods.com/orderlookup within 60 days of your purchase date.
  2. Provide your order number and, optionally, your reason for the refund request.
  3. Ship all bottles – used or unopened – back to the address provided by support, along with your packing slip.
  4. Once your return is received, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days of BuyGoods receiving the returned product. Your bank may take an additional 3 to 5 days to post the credit. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, contact BuyGoods support for an update.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method so you have confirmation of receipt. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
